WPL 2025 Orange Cap Standings

It's been over two weeks since the start of WPL 2025, and we have seen amazing action so far, including some exciting batting performances. After the 15 matches, we have a new Orange Cap leaderboard. This article will discuss the latest Orange Cap standings and top runs scorer of the season.
In the first 15 matches, we witnessed thrilling performances like including Smriti Mandhana's half-century against Delhi Capitals, Chinelle Henry’s explosive knock against Gujarat Giants. However, the standout innings came from Ellyse Perry, who scored an unbeaten 90 against UP Warriorz in match no. 9. Though her efforts went in vain as the team lost in the super over, however her innings will be remembered as one of the best in WPL 2025.
The current season of the Women's Premier League started on February 14 with a match between the defending champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and Gujarat Giants. The third season will last over a month and end on March 15 with the finals.

With an average of 90.66, Sciver has scored multiple half-centuries so far. Along with scoring runs consistently, she can score runs quickly when the team needs them. With her multiple outstanding performances, she is one of the top contender for the orange cap holder position this season.

The young batting sensation and explosive Indian opener Shafali Verma have made their way onto the Orange Cap leaderboard with consistent performances. Shafali has scored 260 runs in 7 matches this season, with an average of 28.50.
