Virat Kohli trains hard for his Ranji Trophy return

According to RevSportz, Virat Kohli came to the Arun Jaitley Stadium by 8 AM. Kohli was reportedly the first from the Delhi team to work in the gym for one hour. After, he went to the nets to practice his batting. Kohli faced Left-arm pacers for 25 minutes and then he faced spinners for 15 minutes. Kohli played with a front-foot approach. Before he joined the Delhi team on Tuesday, Kohli focused on improving his back-foot play while working with Sanjay Bangar, a former coach of the Indian team.

On Wednesday, Virat Kohli faces quite challenges against left-arm pacers and spinners. Kohli faced challenges against Harsh Tyagi and the net bowlers. And also faced a 16-yard throwdowns during the net session.

On Tuesday, Kohli started getting ready for practice by doing a warm-up such as light running and stretching exercises. Then, he played 45 minutes in the nets batting against five pacers and two left-arm spinners.

Kohli is returning to play cricket at home because to improve his batting, he needs to work on not getting out to balls outside the off-stump. He got out eight times to balls outside the off-stump in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Also, his form over the last four years in Tests has been disastrous. Now, his score average has gone down, and it's less than 50.
