Mohammad Irfan from Pakistan is the tallest cricket player ever at about 7 feet 1 inch (216 cm). He was part of Pakistan's team from 2010 to 2019 in Test and limited-overs games. His height made him well-known in the sport. As he was so tall, he threw the ball from way up made it bounce more and was hard for the other players to play against.

Tallest Active International Cricketer

Today, the tallest international cricketer playing at the highest level is Marco Jansen of South Africa. Jansen is about 2.06 meters tall roughly 6 feet 9. He is a left-arm fast bowler and has been a regular member of South Africa’s Test and limited-overs teams since debuting in 2021. At 2.06 m (about 206 cm), Jansen towers over most players and is currently listed as the tallest active international cricketer. (He’s roughly three inches shorter than Irfan, but taller than any other player on today’s scene.)
