Shubman Gill Injury Update: Likely to Miss South Africa T20Is as Neck Injury Recovery Slows

Shubman Gill’s comeback might take longer than expected as doctors are still trying to understand how serious his neck injury is. The Indian Test captain was ruled out of the IND vs SA 2nd Test after hurting his neck in Kolkata, an injury that even required a hospital visit.

As per news agency PTI, a source claimed that medical tests are being done on Gill to ascertain if his injury is a muscular one or a nerve-related niggle that requires more rest.
