Shakib Al Hasan fails to clear the second bowling action test

Shakib Al Hasan's bowling action had another problem because he failed the bowling action test again, and it's the second time. They tested him again last month at the Sri Ramachandra Centre for Sports Science in Chennai, and his action wasn't good enough. Because his bowling was against the rules, he was benched from playing both in his own country and in other countries.
The Board of Control for Cricket in Bangladesh (BCB) announced on Saturday that Shakib is not allowed to bowl in international cricket for now. They said that everything is still the same about his ban after it was first tested at Loughborough University in the UK. They also mentioned that Shakib has to pass another test if he hopes to bowl again.
"Shakib is currently unable to bowl but is still allowed to play as a batsman in all formats of domestic and international cricket.
Last year, his bowling move was questionable during an English county game in September, he didn't pass his bowling move test at Loughborough University, in the UK. Because of this mistake, the ECB made him take a break. And because of Rule 11.3 in the ICC's important book of not allowed bowling actions, the break time wasn't only for ECB games. But this is not the case, the ICC made sure he couldn't play in international matches, and every cricket board back home said he couldn't play in their games either.
BCB President Faruque Ahmed said on January 3 that he wants Shakib Al Hasan back on the team. Interestingly, it seems that Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto is okay with Shakib coming back to play ODI cricket. Additionally, the team will announce on Sunday at noon. But people are concerned, the entire break from playing might cause problems for who's eligible to play for Bangladesh in the Champions Trophy happening in February-March.
His last appearance for Bangladesh was in the two Test matches against India, while his final ODI was during the 2023 Cricket World Cup.
