Sachin Tendulkar honored with the C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement AwardOn Saturday, February 1, at a BCCI awards event held in Mumbai, Sachin Tendulkar received the Col. C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Award. Sachin is 51 years old and he played in 200 Test matches and also in 463 ODI matches. Tendulkar retired in November 2013, he scored 34,357 runs with 100 centuries in all formats.

"The Lifetime Achievement Award acknowledged the cricket legend's extraordinary 24-year international career where through personal milestones and national triumphs, through challenges and victories, he carried not just his bat but the hopes of an entire nation. It recognized not just a cricketer, but a phenomenon who transformed Indian cricket into a global powerhouse," the BCCI stated in a media release.

Jasprit Bumrah is a top-rate cricket player from India. In 2024 he took 71 wickets in only 13 Test matches, and also the No.1 ranked bowler in Test cricket. Bumrah was named ICC Cricketer of the Year 2024, and received the Polly Umrigar Award for best international cricketer (Men) for the third time.

Smriti Mandhana is an Indian women's opener in all formats. Mandhana is a vice-captain for India women's. Mandhana won the Best International Cricketer award (Women) for the fourth time. Mandhana scored 747 runs in ODIs and 763 runs in T20Is. Mandhana played amazingly in Tests, highest score ever 149 runs against South Africa in Chennai.

Sarfaraz Khan and Asha Sobhana received an award for the best debut international players for men and women. Ashwin, who retired after the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, was felicitated by the BCCI with a special award.
