Rajasthan Royals Bring Back Iconic Pink Jersey for IPL 2026 Clash Against Gujarat Titans
On Saturday night, when Rajasthan Royals (RR) play against Gujarat Titans (GT) at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, they will again wear their unique all-pink jersey, which has been named the Pink Promise Match. However, for RR, it will not be just another Indian Premier League (IPL) match, but a very significant game for them over the past few years.

Through the Royal Rajasthan Foundation (RRF), RR is contributing towards women-led initiatives and providing solar energy to the villages of Rajasthan. The campaign aims to empower women and bring about positive changes in society.

The current year’s pink jersey has been designed through a competition called Royals HunaRR Manch Season 2, where more than 8,500 submissions were received from different parts of the country. Samiksha Rameshwar Mundada, who is 19 years old, from Nashik won the competition.
This jersey design demonstrates how a little gesture can have a great influence on many lives. Additionally, this jersey design features solar designs and names of the women who have benefited from RRF programs.
Alongside this, RR will keep running their solar power drive today. For each six hit in the RR vs GT match, RR will help six families in Rajasthan with solar power support.
From the cricket perspective, Rajasthan Royals are in a very good place with regards to IPL 2026 playoffs. Today’s victory against GT may see RR rise to first place in the points table.
