Ravichandran Ashwin, who announced his retirement from international cricket after the third BGT Test in Brisbane, has been receiving a lot of love and good wishes from fans and former cricketers. Recently, the 38-year-old posted a call log full of messages from cricket greats like Sachin Tendulkar and Kapil Dev on his official X account.
It seems that this retirement was a shock to all, but it was known to the Indian team. After reaching Chennai from Brisbane, Ashwin said that he still has a lot of cricket left in him and is looking forward to joining Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the IPL.
Ashwin recently posted a picture of his call log from the day he announced his retirement. He received warm wishes with messages from these two cricketing legends. He became the first Indian player to score over 3,000 runs and take 500 wickets in Test cricket.
