Pakistan Announces Squads for White-Ball Tours of Australia and Zimbabwe

Pakistan's cricket team is set to see the return of key players Babar Azam, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Naseem Shah for their tour of Australia. These experienced campaigners were rested during the last two Tests against England but will be integral to the upcoming series. However, they will not participate in the subsequent tour to Zimbabwe.
In an important leadership change, Mohammad Rizwan has been appointed as the new captain for the white-ball formats, with Salman Ali Agha stepping in as vice-captain. Rizwan will be available for both the ODIs against Australia and the ODI series in Zimbabwe, but he will not take part in the T20I matches.
The squad will also feature three debutants: Kamran Ghulam, Omair Bin Yousuf, and Sufyan Moqim. Additionally, Aamir Jamal, Arafat Minhas, Faisal Akram, Haseebullah, Muhammad Irfan Khan, and Saim Ayub will all be making their ODI debuts.
For the T20I squad, Jahandad Khan and Salman Ali Agha will be representing Pakistan for the first time as well.
The series kicks off with three ODIs against Australia from November 4 to 10, followed by three T20Is scheduled from November 14 to 18.
