Sunrisers Hyderabad versus Delhi capitals

In this match in IPL 2024, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma destroyed Delhi's bowling line and scored one of the fastest half-centuries in the IPL in just 16 balls. SRH also scored a massive 266 runs and won the match by 67 runs.

 

Sunrisers Hyderabad versus Lucknow Super Giants 

In the same season, Lucknow Super Giants became the next target of the SRH’s openers duo, and they dominated once again. Travis Head scored a half-century on 16 balls again, while Abhishek Sharma scored a half-century in just 19 balls. LSG’s head set the target of 166 runs, which SRH chased down in just 9.4 overs. If you remember, this is the same match where Lucknow Super Giants’s owner Sanjeev Goenka was furious over K L Rahul in the open ground. 

 

Kolkata Knight Riders versus Royal Challengers Bengaluru 

In a match between KKR vs RCB in IPL 2017, after winning the toss, RCB scored 158 runs in the 20 overs in response to RCB’s score, KKR’s opener, Chris Lynn and Sunil Narayan demolished RCB's bowling specialist Sunil Narine, who scored 54 runs in just 17 balls, hitting four sixes and six boundaries in his innings. KKR won the match by six wickets. 

 

Chennai Super Kings versus Punjab Kings 

In this match, while chasing Kings XI Punjab's target, Suresh Raina started CSK innings explosibilities and scored 87 runs in just 25 balls with a skyrocket strike rate of 348. However, CSK lost the match by 24 runs.

 

Punjab Kings versus Kolkata Knight Riders 

In IPL 2024, the most high-scoring matches in the row, Punjab Kings also smashed 93 runs in the power play against KKR. During the powerplay, Simran Singh scored 54 runs in 20 balls. The match was so special as Punjab Kings chased down a record target of 262 runs. Bairstow scored 108 runs, while Shashank Singh scored 68, which played an essential role in the chase.
