Australia moved to the top of the Women’s World Cup 2025 points table after a big win against Pakistan on Wednesday. Even though their batting was not great, Australia scored 221/9 and then bowled out Pakistan for just 114 runs.
With this win, Australia now have two victories, giving them five points and a net run rate of +1.960. England are in second place, while India are in third.
India made it to the tournament as hosts, while Pakistan and Bangladesh qualified through the qualifiers. Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and England earned their spots through the ICC Women’s ODI Championship.
