The ICC T20 World Cup 2026 has entered the Super Eight phase. The group stage matches concluded on February 20. The remaining teams are placed in two groups of four. Each team will have to play three matches. The top two teams of each group will qualify for the semi-finals on March 4 and 5. The final match will be held on March 8.
Group 1 consists of India, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and West Indies. The wickets will favor spinners and make batting challenging. Group 2 comprises Pakistan, Sri Lanka, England, and New Zealand. Spinners are expected to play a crucial role, particularly in the night matches. Pakistan will face New Zealand on February 21 in Colombo. Sri Lanka will face England on February 22 in Kandy.
