- Please check the entry gate and seating details mentioned on the ticket.
- A maximum of two tickets can be bought per person in the online sale.
- Free travel on match day for ticket holders on Chennai Metro Rail and MTC buses (to and from the stadium).
- No re-entry is allowed once you leave the stadium.
- Plastic-free zone No plastic bags or plastic items allowed inside.
- No tobacco like Cigarettes, beedis, gutka, and other tobacco products are strictly banned.
- Free drinking water is available in all stands.
- Wheelchair Access Limited seats are available in I Lower Stand for physically challenged patrons.
- Entry is allowed only by scanning the QR code/e-ticket at the gate. Duplicates will be denied entry.
- Gates open at 5:00 PM on match day.
