CPL 2026 Schedule Announced: Full Fixtures, Teams & Final Date
The schedule for the Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2026) is out, and the tournament will start on August 7, 2026.
The tournament has been expanded this year and will see seven teams, Antigua & Barbuda Falcons, Barbados Royals, Jamaica Kingsmen, Guyana Amazon Warriors, Saint Lucia Kings, St Kitts & Nevis Patriots, and Trinbago Knight Riders, competing with each other for the coveted trophy.
CPL 2026 will start on August 7, with Jamaica Kingsmen playing against Antigua & Barbuda Falcons in St Vincent. The playoffs will begin from September 16, and the final will be played on September 20 in Barbados. Trinbago Knight Riders are the defending champions after having defeated Guyana Amazon Warriors in the CPL 2025 final.
“With an expanded tournament in 2026, we are delighted to be bringing CPL cricket to St Vincent & the Grenadines for the first time. We are equally excited about hosting finals week in Barbados, where we have ambitious plans to deliver the biggest and most memorable finale in the tournament’s 14-year history. Each year, our goal is to raise the bar, and I am more confident than ever that CPL 2026 will be our best season yet,” Pete Russell, the CEO of CPL said in a statement.
