Big Bash League 2025–26 Signings: All Confirmed Players and Stars to Watch
The BBL 2025-2026 season is very interesting with strong international stars. Sydney Thunder have signed India’s spin master Ravichandran Ashwin, Pakistan's all-rounder Shadab Khan, Lockie Ferguson, and Sam Billings to make their team stronger.
The Sydney Sixers joined Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc, who will be playing in the BBL after an 11-year break. They have also signed Pakistan’s classic batter Babar Azam and England’s all-rounder Sam Curran. Brisbane Heat have signed Pakistan’s pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi and New Zealand’s one of the finest batters Colin Munro, to strengthen their team.
Other teams have also signed some important players for their BBL 2025-26. Mohammad Rizwan, a wicket-keeper batter, has signed for Melbourne Renegades. Haris Rauf, a Pakistan pacer, has signed for Melbourne Stars, Luke Wood for Adelaide Strikers, Chris Jordan and Rishad Hossain for Hobart Hurricanes, and Finn Allen for Perth Scorchers. These players will add more excitement to the BBL 2025-2026 season.
