They're going to talk about how the team did in the last Test series they finished. They're also going to discuss about what will happen for older players like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, especially since they haven't been played well in the five matches they played.
Since Gautam Gambhir replaced Rahul Dravid, he's faced criticism for not achieving the expected results. On top of that, it's been revealed that he and Rohit Sharma don't agree when it comes to selecting the team, which makes everything harder. There's also talk that Gambhir's been avoiding conversations with the selectors about who's best to play.
In the BGT Test series, Rohit Sharma wasn't doing great with his batting, so he got a lot of criticism. Sharma only scored 31 runs in five innings is poor performance whether he was batting in the top order or middle order. After trying and not having much success, Rohit made the tough call to not play in the fifth and final Test, stepping down from the playing XI himself.
