The Ashes series starts tonight, with England travelling to Australia hoping to win back the famous urn. It won’t be easy, England haven’t won an Ashes series in Australia since 2011, and the Aussies are tough to beat at home.
The series begins overnight tonight with the first Test in Perth. After that, the teams move on to Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne, before the final Test in Sydney in the new year. The opening match will be played at Perth’s 60,000-seat Optus Stadium, while the Gabba usually the first venue of the Ashes has been shifted from its traditional starting spot.
