A heated exchange between Travis Head and Md. Siraj, after the former’s dismissal

Day 2 of the second test match of the Border Trophy became the most heated day of the series. After a few wickets at the start of the day, Labuschagne and Head formed a partnership to stabilise the inning. After Labuschagne fifty, Travis's Head also completed his century. In his aggressive century at his Home ground, he scored 140 runs off 141 balls, with 17 fours and four massive sixes. As Head's inning was giving a formidable lead to Australia in the test, After India took the new ball, in the 81st over, Travis hit a four and six off Siraj's bowls; with the Head's hitting, the situation was getting out of control for India, then on the next delivery Siraj bowled a kind of perfect yorker which bowled the Head, hitting the middle stump.

 

Then, what happened shows the spiciness of the Border Gavaskar trophy. After the Head's wicket, he said something to Siraj. Siraj reverted aggressively, using words, and pointed to the shed(dressing room). The heated argument reached a level that required the other players' intervention. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli came to intervene.

The crowd, which was earlier celebrating the homeboy's magnificent hundred, started booing Siraj on every ball, which turned hostile toward Siraj. 
On the live telecast, commentators like Kerry O'Keeffe's question about the need for this sent off to the Head, mentioning that it was when he had a magnificent hundred.

However, after the stumps, when commentators talked to Travis in an interview, Travis mentioned he said "well bowled" to Siraj after being dismissed. Then Siraj responded by pointing him towards the shed (dressing room) with words. The Head reacted afterwards. As per the information, some vulgar words were used.

It's worth noting that this is not the first time Siraj has faced a hostile environment in Australia. During the previous border Gavaskar trophy, some racial abuse was involved in that incident. The heated arguments also drew comments from popular cricketers like David Warner, who commented that aggressive behaviour from SIrah like this might lead to crowd pressure in the upcoming series matches. 

Earlier during the innings, a technical glitch also drew the attention of everyone watching the match. It was when the speedometer showed Siraj bowling with the ball's speed of 181.6 km per hour. Later, it was confirmed that it was a technical glitch, but screenshots of the speed went viral on social media. 

With all this drama and arguments, Australia finishes its inning with a lead of 156 runs. This or comment who is the spiciness and the nature of this series. With three tests remaining and the test match approaching, more and more aggressiveness will be seen as the series reaches the end.
