Managing the project

the appropriate processes and procedures to undertake all key
activities including:

and externally.

management methods and tools.

Defining the appropriate change management processes.

Defining the documentation and software review processes.
IPL’s project management processes are compatible with PRINCE2.
IPL’s Consultants and Project Managers include 12 registered
PRINCE2 practitioners.
