IPL is delighted to announce that another important post-MBO initiative has reached a successful outcome. Following many months of preparation, culminating in a thorough audit by independent assessor, Recognising Excellence, IPL has achieved the Investors in People standard.
Investors in People is the UK's leading people management business improvement standard. Based on a ‘Plan, Do, Review’ cycle, the standard provides a methodology for developing and executing strategies to improve business performance and then for evaluating the results to plan further improvements.
IPL's CEO, Shaun Davey, comments: “Securing the Investors in People award is a major milestone for IPL. This is independent confirmation that the way we run our business, especially the way we manage the learning and development of our staff, is in accordance with a highly respected industry standard.”
