IPL today announces the extension of its title sponsorship of Bath Rugby for a further 12 months. This will extend its partnership with the club to at least the end of the 2010/11 playing season.
This extension comes earlier than was anticipated and demonstrates how pleased both parties are with how the partnership has developed.
Shaun Davey, IPL's CEO, commented: “In a few short months we have established a very strong relationship with Bath Rugby. I am also delighted by the exceptionally positive feedback we've had from our clients, business partners, staff and the local community. It makes great business sense for us to continue the sponsorship for at least another year as it has had such a positive effect for us.”
Nick Blofeld, CEO at Bath Rugby, said: “We are delighted with this extension with IPL and I'm very confident we can achieve much more with them and very much look forward to working with them to the end of next season at least.”
