IPL appoints strategic offshore partner, Ness

After an exhaustive search for an offshore partner with the right mix of skills, resources and commercial values, IPL is pleased to announce the conclusion of an agreement with Ness Technologies.

In May 2006, in line with the company's published 5-year strategy, IPL initiated a search for a suitable strategic offshore partner. Given the importance of such an alliance to IPL's future business the search criteria were specific and demanding. After 6 months evaluating over 25 candidate companies, we are pleased to announce the selection of Ness Technologies.
