Stream analysis

Overview

Once a transport stream fault is detected, broadcasters often have to analyze the fault manually. In the past, high-cost dedicated analyzers have been used. However, where a Kijito system is already on the case, the relevant information is already available.

Kijito offers a number of options to support fault analysis, including a web enabled graphical user interface and an SNMP agent.

As well as the functions of a conventional analyzer, Kijito offers advanced features which simplify and accelerate navigation to relevant information. Furthermore, these features can be customised on a per user basis.

Kijito’s rapid navigation facilities help all users to get to the relevant tables quickly, without trawling through massive tree views. Then User Profiles help individual users to examine data in the format that they prefer, and to view only the details that they wish to see.
