• Neil Ellett, Chief Executive Officer

    Neil joined IPL and its Board of Directors as Chief Executive Officer in October 2012 bringing with him more than a decade of senior management and C–Level experience from major national and international organisations such as Fujitsu and PA Consulting Group. Neil has held notable positions such as Deputy CEO at Atlas Consortium, a £500m, business with 3,500 staff, delivering services to the UK Ministry of Defence under the Defence Information Infrastructure contract between Fujitsu, Hewlett–Packard, Logica and Cassidian. At Fujitsu Neil was responsible for a £150m profit and loss business centre delivering IT services to over 125,000 users across 2,000 sites.

    As a senior executive, Neil has an impressive career record in building strategic relationships with major stakeholders and key accounts across both the public and private sectors. He has pedigree in exceeding revenue targets, coupled with a hands–on approach to building high–performing management teams in complex, regulated and secure business environments.

  • John Gibson, Non–Executive Chairman

    John, a former CEO of Sungard Public Sector Ltd (now Capita Secure Information Systems), was appointed to the Board of IPL as Non–Executive Chair in October 2012. John holds a number of senior positions and is currently the chair of Coactiva Aspiren Ltd.

    He brings with him over fifteen years of C–Level experience having held a number of positions including Managing Director at Anite Public Sector Ltd and as CEO at Bull Information Systems/Integris Limited between 1992 and 2002.

  • Graham Miller, Non–Executive Director

    Graham has over 20 years of board level experience across a wide range of industry sectors. He was a Director of 3i Growth Capital and Avon Rubber PLC prior to establishing his own business as an Independent Director and Advisor in 2008.

    He holds a variety of non–executive roles with privately owned businesses and is Chairman of the Equity Investment Committee at Triodos Bank. He is also a retained advisor to Growth Capital Partners and Finance Wales and has advised on various private equity transactions, including the £35m sale of Sword Group's Scottish division to an MBO team.

  • Emma Goodwin, Managing Director, Commercial Business Unit

    Emma's career path at IPL is remarkable: after joining as a graduate in 1988, with a degree in Mathematics, she is now the Managing Director of IPL's Commercial Business Unit. An innovative centre focused on delivering intelligent business solutions across a number of sectors – including banking, finance, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and energy – turning over around £15m per year.

    As an inspirational business leader, Emma empowers and engenders confidence in those she works with.

    She has an impressive portfolio of successful client projects, including the telecoms giant Orange (part of EE), where IPL delivered and supports its intelligent core network routing systems.

    Emma joined IPL's management team as part of a management–buy–out in 2008, when she became a Divisional Director. Her success in this role formed the platform for her to step up to the Managing Director position in 2013.

  • Paul Jobbins, Managing Director, Public Sector Business Unit

    Paul joined IPL at the start of January 2013 to head IPL's Public Sector Business Unit, as Managing Director. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 25 years in the IT industry, where in the last 10 years he has held senior and executive positions with Securicor, SunGard Public Sector, Capita Secure Information Systems and, more recently, FDM.

    As a highly competent executive, Paul has had had full P&L responsibility for a £90m+ business, where his vision and commitment ensured its growth, profitability and ability to succeed in both current and new markets.

    Paul has a proven track record across a number of markets from defence, to oil and gas, central and local government, emergency services and financial institutions.

  • Dan Klein, Innovation & Solutions Director

    Dan was appointed to lead IPL's Innovations & Solutions Unit in 2013. His focus is to build IPL's intellectual property and thereby shape the strategic direction of IPL's clients. Dan is also the Customer Director responsible for all sales in the Commercial Business Unit.

    Formerly a senior executive at Detica and PA Consulting, Dan has held a range of interim executive level positions, where he has delivered bottom–line improvements in large, complex operational projects, across Europe and North America.

    Dan is a skilled and respected director with an energetic outlook. His passion is in creating solutions for clients that will help them achieve tangible improvements in their product and service delivery, and therefore deliver greater customer and stakeholder satisfaction across the board.
